SuperDex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) builds tools that help professionals share their identity and stay connected. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using SuperDex, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

• Profile information you provide: name, role, company, tagline, links, photo or memoji.
• Connections & meeting history created when you scan, share, or save a contact.
• Device & usage data such as device model, OS version, app version, and crash diagnostics.
• Purchase data processed by Apple for SuperDex Pro subscriptions. We do not receive your card details.

How we use information

• To operate your profile card, QR sharing, Discover feed, and meeting history.
• To improve reliability, performance, and the features you use most.
• To protect SuperDex and our community against abuse, fraud, and spam.

Sharing

Your profile is shared only with people you choose to share it with. We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers (e.g. analytics, crash reporting, hosting) under strict contractual safeguards, and we may disclose information when required by law.

Your controls

• Edit or delete any field on your card at any time.
• Use selective sharing (Pro) to control exactly what each person sees.
• Delete your account from inside the app to remove your profile and connections.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children

SuperDex is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
