These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SuperDex app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using SuperDex, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperDex.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile card.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use SuperDex to send spam, harass, or harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

SuperDex has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harmful, offensive, or illegal content, and we may remove such content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put on your card. You grant SuperDex a limited, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

SuperDex Pro

• SuperDex Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Termination

You can stop using SuperDex at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperDex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
