How do I share my profile card?
Tap the QR icon on your card. The person opposite you scans it with any phone camera — they don't need SuperDex installed. Your details land in their iPhone Contacts in seconds.
The other person doesn't have SuperDex. Can they still save me?
Yes. Scanning your QR opens a contact preview that anyone with a phone camera can save directly to their address book.
How do I sign in on a new device?
Open the app and enter the same email or phone number you used before. We'll send a one-time code; once you verify, your full profile, contacts, groups, and meeting history sync back.
I'm not receiving the one-time code
Check your spam folder (for email) or signal (for SMS). If it still doesn't arrive after a minute, tap "Resend" or try the other method. If it keeps failing, email support@superdex.app with the address or number you used.
How do I edit my profile?
From the Home tab, tap your card to open it, then tap Edit. Change your role, tagline, links, photo or memoji, and tap Save. Updates show up the next time someone scans you.
What does SuperDex Pro unlock?
Selective privacy controls, up to 4 pinned links on your card, a 6-image portfolio, custom links, profile-view insights (who's checking you out), enhanced Discover visibility, sharing your QR as an image and scanning from Photos, and early access to new features.
How do I cancel SuperDex Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > SuperDex and tap Cancel. You'll keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then go to Profile > Manage Subscription > Restore Purchases. Your Pro entitlement will return automatically.
Who can see my profile?
By default, your profile is visible to anyone who scans your QR. Discover-feed visibility is controlled from Privacy & Visibility in your profile settings. With Pro, selective sharing lets you reveal only the fields you choose, per person.
How does the camera permission work?
Camera access is used only to scan QR codes. Frames are processed on-device and are not uploaded or stored.
Is SuperDex available on Android?
Not yet. SuperDex is built natively for iPhone with iOS 17+ and the latest Liquid Glass design. Android is on the roadmap.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@superdex.app from the address on your account and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data, except where we're required to retain it for legal or security reasons.
System requirements
SuperDex requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later. For the full Liquid Glass experience, iOS 26 is recommended.
