Welcome to SuperDex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SuperDex ("SuperDex," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the SuperDex iOS application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using SuperDex, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use SuperDex
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) and able to enter a binding contract to use SuperDex. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email or phone number using a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly at support@superdex.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
SuperDex is built around content you create — your profile card, links, photos, portfolio images, groups, contacts, and meeting notes ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content. By using the Service, you grant SuperDex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service for you (for example, to display your profile to people you share it with or who discover you).
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it. Don't post content that infringes someone else's rights, violates law, or violates our Acceptable Use rules below.
4. Acceptable use
When using SuperDex, you agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
- Use SuperDex to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or for bulk lead-scraping;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app, except as permitted by law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automated access, scraping, or probing for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure;
- Use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. SuperDex Pro and subscriptions
SuperDex offers a paid subscription called SuperDex Pro that unlocks additional features such as selective privacy, pinned links, portfolio images, custom links, profile-view insights, and enhanced Discover visibility. The free tier remains available without payment.
- Billing. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Pricing, currency, and billing intervals are shown at the point of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the app alone does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policy.
- Changes. We may modify Pro features or pricing for future billing periods. We will give notice of material changes, and you may cancel before they take effect.
6. Intellectual property
The SuperDex name, logo, brand assets, app design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by SuperDex and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described there.
8. Third-party services
SuperDex relies on third-party providers — including Apple, Supabase, and RevenueCat — to operate. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services that SuperDex links to from profile cards (for example, social networks).
9. Termination
You may stop using SuperDex at any time and delete your account by emailing support@superdex.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us, our users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperDex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperDex from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
13. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Apple-specific terms
If you obtained SuperDex from the Apple App Store, the following also applies: these Terms are between you and SuperDex, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for SuperDex. In the event of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at SuperDex's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts at that location, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
